No 14/2007 and sentencing him 3 years R.I. & to pay fine of Rs.1000 U/S 435 I.P.C. & in default of payment of fine to undergo further Imprisonment for a period of 2 months & 1 year R.I U/S 506(2) IPC arising out from case crime No. 260/2005 of P.S. Kotwali Ayodhya Distt Faizabad. 3.
