The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A(2) Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been filed by the appellant to set aside the bail rejection order dated 15.12.2025 passed by Special Judge (SC/ST Act) Mirzapur in Bail Application No.1900 of 2025 arising out of Case Crime No.212 of 2025, under Sections 69 and 351(3) BNS and Section 3(2)V of SC/ST Act, Police Station Jigna, District Mirzapur. 2. Heard learned counsel for the appellant, the learned AGA for the State- respondent no.1 and perused the entire record. Despite service of notice, none has appeared on behalf of respondent no.2. 3.
