The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A (2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been preferred against the impugned order dated 02.01.2026 passed by the Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Sitapur in Bail Application No. 419/2025, in Case Crime No. 63/2025, under Sections 137(2), 87 of BNS and Section 3(2)5 of SC/ST Act, Police Station Atariya, District Sitapur, whereby the bail application of the appellant has been rejected.
