The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A(2) Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been filed by the appellant to set aside the bail rejection order dated 11.12.2025 passed by Special Judge SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Auraiya in Bail Application No.2112 of 2025 arising out of Case Crime No.426 of 2025, under Sections 64(2)m, 69, 352, 351(1) BNS and 3(2)V of SC/ST (P.A.) Act, Police Station Phaphund, District Auraiya. 2. Heard learned counsel for the appellant, the learned AGA for the State- respondent no.1 and perused the entire record.
