The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A (2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been preferred against the impugned order dated 26.11.2025 passed by the Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Pratapgarh in Bail Application No. 4294 of 2025, in Case Crime No. 0260/2025, under Sections 3(5), 70(1), 351(3), 352 of B.N.S. and Section 3(1)r, 3(1)s, 3(2)v, 3(2)va of SC/ST Act, Police Station Patti, District Pratapgarh, whereby the bail application of the appellant has been rejected.
