This Criminal Appeal has been filed by the appellant under Section 14-A(2) of Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 to set aside order dated 24.09.2025 passed by Special Judge S.C./S.T. (P.A.) Act, Sultanpur, in Case Crime No.115 of 2025, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 348, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Section 3(2)(5) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, P.S. Chanda, District Sultanpur. Further, a prayer has been made to enlarge the appellant on bail in the said case crime
