The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A (2) Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been preferred against the impugned order dated 21.01.2026 passed by learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Barabanki in Bail Application No. 128 of 2026, arising out of FIR No. 15 of 2026, under Sections 119(1), 352, 115(2) of BNS and Sections 3(2)(v), 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Deva, District Barabanki, whereby the bail application of the appellant has been rejected
