The present criminal appeal has been filed against the impugned discharge order dated 08.01.2026, along with the summoning order dated 05.12.2019, passed by the learned Second Additional Sessions Judge, Gautam Buddha Nagar, in Criminal Misc. No. 1465 of 2019, under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 323, 504, and 506 IPC and Section 3(2)(5) of the S.C./S.T. Act, 1989, Police Station Ecotech-III, District Gautam Buddha Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that the impugned summoning order dated 05.12.2019 as well as the impugned order dated 08.01.2026 are illegal, arbitrary, and not in accordance with law. It is further submitted that the appellants have not committed any offence and are entitled to be discharged. 4.
