(P.A.) Act, Auraiya, in Criminal Misc. Application No.535 of 2025 (Manju Devi Vs. Ram Shankar Prajapati & others), U/s 173(4) of B.N.S.S., related to Police Station Bidhuna, District Auraiya, by which the learned Trial Court has rejected the application u/s 173 (4) of B.N.S.S. of the appellant. 3.
