The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A(2) Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been filed by the appellant to set aside the bail rejection order dated 13.11.2025 passed by Special Judge (SC/ST Act) Muzaffar Nagar in Bail Application No.5279 of 2025 arising out of Case Crime No.70 of 2025, under Sections 87, 64(1), 127(3) BNS and Section 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Phugana, District Muzaffarnagar. 2.
