This appeal has been preferred under Section 495 BNSS against order dated 28.01.2026, passed by learned Special Judge (Gangster Act)/ Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.7, Agra in G.S.T. No.296 of 2007 (State Vs. Ravi @ Raghuveer and others), arising out of Case Crime No.251 of 2007, under Section 2/ 3 Gangster Act, P.S.- Achhnera, District- Agra, whereby recovery warrants have been issued against appellants/ sureties for realization of bail bond amount. 2. The appeal is being decided finally at the stage of admission itself. 3. Heard learned counsel for the appellants and learned AGA for the State. 4. Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that in aforesaid case appellants have stood surety for accused Pappu @ Bhagwan Das in the year 2008 and they have submitted bail bond to the tune of Rs.50,000/- each.
