This Criminal appeal has been filed by the learned counsel for the appellant under Section 14-A (2) of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 for setting aside the impugned order dated 26.2.2026 passed by Special Judge, SC/ST (P.A.) Act, Azamgarh in bail application no. 825 of 2026 and to release him in Case Crime No. 58 of 2026, under Sections 69, 89, 351 (3) B.N.S. and Section 3 (1) (Da), 3 (1) (Dha), 3(2)(5) of SC/ST Act, Police Station- Atraulia, District Azamgarh. 3.As per the prosecution case, there is allegation against the appellant that he has established physical relations with the victim on the pretext of marriage. 4. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant-applicant has been falsel
