The instant Criminal Appeal under Section 374(2) CrPC has been filed against judgment and order dated 19.02.2005 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, FTC - IV, Lucknow, in Sessions Trial No.518 of 1995, State v. Santosh Kumar Singh and others, arising out of Case Crime No. 223 of 1993, under Section 307 I.P.C., Police Station Alambagh, District Lucknow, convicting and sentencing the appellants as under:- (i) under Section 307 I.P.C. to five years rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs.2,000/- each and in default of fine, six months additional imprisonment; (ii) In addition, Appellant-Sooraj Pal Singh is convicted under Sections 307/34
