The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A (2) Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been preferred against the impugned order dated 17.01.2026 passed by learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Pratapgarh in Bail Application No. 4849 of 2025, arising out of FIR No. 297 of 2025, under Sections 64(2)(M), 352, 351(3), 126(2) and 308(3) of BNS and Section 3(1)(ba) 3(1)(da), 3(1)(dha), 3(2)(v), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Jethwara, District Pratapgarh, whereby the bail application of the appellant has been rejected. Learned counsel for the appe
