The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A(2) Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been filed by the appellant to set aside the bail rejection order dated 19.01.2026 passed by Special Judge (SC/ST Act) Sonbhadra in Bail Application No.52 of 2026 arising out of Case Crime No.151 of 2015, under Sections 323, 354, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3(1)(x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Police Station Myorpur, District Sonbhadra. 2.
