The instant Criminal Appeal under Section 374(2) CrPC has been filed against judgment and order dated 12.07.2006 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge/F.T.C. III, Faizabad in Sessions Trial No.184 of 2005, State v. Manjeet and others, arising out of Case Crime No. 36 of 2005, under Sections 304, 452, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Tarun, District Faizabad, convicting and sentencing the appellants as under:- (i) under Sections 304(2)/34 I.P.C. to six years rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs.4,000/- each, (ii) under Sections 323/34 IPC to six months imprisonment and a fine of Rs.500/- each, (iii) under Sections 452/34 I.P.C. to one year imprisonment and a fine of Rs.1,000/- each and (iv) under Section 504 I.P.C. to six months' imprisonment and a fine of Rs.500/- each.
