Ram Singh & Ors. arising out of Case Crime No. 30 0f 2000, under Sections 307, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Sandi, District Hardoi, convicting and sentencing the appellant as under:- (i) under Section 307 I.P.C. to five years rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs.1,000/- and in default of fine, six months additional imprisonment 3.
