This intra-court Appeal is filed being aggrieved by the Order dated 27.02.2026 (“Impugned Order”) passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No. 2751/2026 (“Writ Petition”) seeking extension of the license period to operate the catering license awarded by the Respondents in favour of the Appellant. 2. Vide the Impugned Order the learned Single Judge has dismissed the Writ Petition relying upon the common Judgment and Order dated Signature Not Verified Signed By:NEELAM LPA 115/2026 Page 1 of 2 SHARMA Signing Date:20.03.2026 16:53:47 26.02.2026 passed in W.P.(C)18000/2025 titled as ‘Vandana Mishra v.
