This intra-court Appeal is filed being aggrieved by the Order dated 27.02.2026 (“Impugned Order”) passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No. 2751/2026 (“Writ Petition”) seeking extension of the license period to operate the catering license awarded by the Respondents in favour of the Appellant. 2.
