This review petition has been filed by the petitioner in relation to order dated 30.01.2026 passed in Public Interest Litigation (PIL) No. 237 of 2026, whereby the petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed. 2. The petition was filed seeking to question the communication dated 09.01.2026 passed by the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Mathura wherein he has clarified to the Chief Development Officer, Mathura that cremation ground is being constructed at Khasra No. 646 which is recorded for the said purpose and the complaints made in this regard were baseless. 3. The Court, after hearing the parties, came to the conclusion that once the cremation ground was being created at a place which is recorded in the revenue records as cremation ground, no objection can be raised.
