JUSTICE MANOJ JAIN J U D G M E N T (oral) 1. Petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No.140/2020 dated 21.02.2020, registered at P.S. Baba Haridas Nagar, for commission of offences under Sections 354/354(B)/509/506/323/34/451 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The brief facts of the present case are that on 21.02.2020, respondent No. 2 lodged a written complaint alleging that two persons, who are, purportedly, her family members forcibly entered her house, assaulted and molested her, and threatened her. The abovesaid FIR was, accordingly, registered and petitioner nos.1 and 2 joined the investigation on 08.08.2020 and were, formally, arrested. 3. Charge-sheet has already been filed. 4.
