Rajesh Yadav and others), arising out of Case Crime no.1279 of 2011, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 406, 409, 120B IPC, P.S. Robertsganj, District- Sonbhadra, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sonbhadra, including non-bailable warrant order dated 01.07.2025 and sanction order dated 10.03.2015. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of applicant has challenged the impugned chargesheet along with cognizance/summoning order and entire proceedings of the present case precisely on the ground that Sections 420 and 406 IPC cannot go together in the same breat
