This application u/s 528 BNSS has been filed for quashing the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 1004 of 2025 (Sandeep Tyagi Vs. Suresh Kumar) under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, Police Station Sector-126, District Gautam Budha Nagar, pending in the court of Ist Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gautam Budha Nagar, against the applicant and further be pleased to set aside the impugned summoning order dated 04.11.2025 passed by Court of Ist ACJM Gautam Budh Nagar. 3.It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that there is money dispute between the parties and opposite party no.2 has filed a complaint under Section 138 of N.I. Act against the applicant. It is further submitted that since there is some dispute regarding payment of money and as such there is a good chance of amicab
