This application has been filed by the applicant to quash the entire proceeding of Special Trial No. 30 of 2025 (State vs. Om Prakash) impugned chargesheet dated 2.8.2024 submitted in Case Crime No. 179 of 2024, under Sections 452, 354, 323, 504, 506 of I.P.C. and Section 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station Karchhana, District Yamuna Nagar (Commissionerate), Prayagraj, as well as cognizance order dated 5.4.2025, pending in the court of Additional District Judge/POCSO Act, Allahabad. 3.
