Instant application has been filed with prayer to quash the impugned Charge-Sheet dated 29/10/2025 filed before Learned Special Judge SC/ST Act Ayodhya in Special ST. No. 196/2025 U/Ss 115(2), 352, 351(3), sec 3(1)(d) 3(1)(s) SC/ST Act, at Police Station- Kotwali Bikapur, District- Ayodhya "State Vs Ram Nayan Yadav" in F.L.R No. 0295 of 2025 under sections 115(2),352,351 (3) of BNS 2023 and sec 3(1)(d) 3(1)(s) SC/ST Act, at Police Station- Kotwali Bikapur, District- Ayodhya. 3. The contention of the learned counsel for the applicant is that no offence against the applicant is disclosed and the present prosecution has been instituted with a malafide intention for the purposes of harassment. 4. Per contra, the learned AGA has cont
