Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has filed the instant application under Section 528 BNSS with the relief which has been mentioned in the prayer clause of the application. The relief which has been mentioned in the application is delineated below:- "It is, therefore, Most Respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow the application and to quash entire proceeding of Session Case No. 1687 of 2025 (State Versus Yogendra Singh Yadav) under section 352, 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 and under section 3(2)va Schedule Cast and Schedule Tribe (P.A.) Act. 1989 against the applicant, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, S.C./S.T.(P.A.) Act. 1989, Etah, as well as impugned cog
