In terms of the FIR, allegations were levelled that the daughter of the informant aged aboiut 20 years used to talk to the applicant on the false pretext of marriage and she used to like him. It is also alleged that when the daughter of the informant asked the applicant for marriage, the applicant and his father told that she can do whatever she wants to do, we will not let your daughter get married and the applicant told the victim to do whatever she wants and if you want to die then will not marry. It is also alleged that on account of refusal to marry, the daughter of the informant on being instigated committed suicide on 17.04.2025.
