Heard Sri Jai Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Rajiv Chowdhury, learned counsel, who has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of O.P. No.2, which is taken on record. Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicants is also taken on record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that he has filed the instant application under Section 528 BNSS with the relief which has been mentioned in the prayer clause of the application. 3. The relief which has been mentioned in the application is delineated below:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be please to quash the entire proceeding of S.T. No.148 of 2019 (State Vs Kanhaiya Tripathi & others) pending before the court of Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Varanasi and also quash the charge sheet dated 28.04.2015 submitted in case crime No.30 of 2/
