This application u/s 528 BNSS has been filed for quashing the impugned cognizance/summoning order dated 05.03.2025 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 02, Meerut in Complaint Case No. 1164 of 2025 (Bhim Sen vs. Mohd. Naved), arising out of Case under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, Police Station Bhawanpur, District Meerut, as well as the entire proceedings of the aforesaid complaint case. 3.It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that there is money dispute between the parties and opposite party no.2 has filed a complaint under Section 138 of N.I. Act against the applicant. It is further submitted that since there is some dispute regarding payment of money and as such there is a good chance of amicable settlement of dispute through compromise. 4
