Shri Manish Tiwari, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the applicants has strenuously argued that the entire proceedings initiated at the behest of respondent no.4 are nothing but an abuse of process of law and respondent no.4 has unfortunately taken recourse of criminal prosecution in respect of claims which are essentially civil in nature.
