Court No. - 78 HON'BLE AVNISH SAXENA, J. 1. Sri Amit Kumar, learned counsel holding the brief appeared for the accused-applicants appears and submits that the applicant no.1/husband and other applicants/in-laws of opposite party no.2 have invoked the inherent jurisdiction. The marriage between the applicant no.1 and opposite party no.2 was solemnized on 24.01.2021 as per Muslims Rites and Ceremonies. There was matrimonial discord, which led to the lodging of the FIR. The FIR has been lodged by the father of opposite party no.2 against the husband and eight other in-laws including the parent-in-laws, sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws. There is compromise entered into between the parties, which is at page no. 6 of the supplementary affidavit filed on 30.01.2026. He seeks interference of this court to quash the cognizance order dated 21.08.2025 and proceeding of Case No. 276 of 2
