This application u/s 528 BNSS has been filed for quashing the summoning order dated 26.09.2025 passed by the Court of Civil Judge (Jr. Division)/Judicial Magistrate, Chandausi, District Sambhal, in Complaint Case No.1633 of 2024 (Mohd. Nadeem Hasan vs. Irshad) under Section 138 of the N.I. Act, along with the entire proceedings thereof. 3.It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that there is money dispute between the parties and opposite party no.2 has filed a complaint under Section 138 of N.I. Act against the applicant.
