Pankaj Tiwari) arising out of Case Crime No. 453 of 2025, under Sections 74, 76, 115 (2), 352 B.N.S., Police Station Mauranipur, District Jhansi as well as charge sheet dated 24.01.2026 alongwith cognizance order dated 24.02.2026, pending before the Civil Judge (S.D.)/A.C.J.M.
