Instant application has been filed to quash the summoning order dated 18.05.2024 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.04, Meerut in Complaint Case No. 6305 of 2024, (Nishant Kumar Vs. Nishant Yadav), under Section 138 N.I. Act, P.S. Jaani, District Meerut, pending in the court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.04, Meerut. 3. It is alleged in the complaint that opposite party no. 2 was working with applicant and when the opposite party no.2 asked his salary, then the applicant gave disputed cheque. When the cheque was presented in the bank, the same was dishonoured. Thereafter, registered notice was sent to the applicant but the applicant did not pay the amount, hence the present complaint. 4.
