Renu Rawat and others, and the order dated 01.04.2025 passed by the Special Chief Judicial Magistrate (Custom), Lucknow in Criminal Misc. Case No.823 of 2025 with a further prayer to direct the concerned opposite parties to register an FIR in appropriate sections against opposite parties no.4 to 8. 2. In view of the order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to opposite parties no.4 to 8 is dispensed with as they are not aggrieved at this stage. 3.
