The present application under Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been filed to quash the entire criminal proceedings on the basis of compromise deed dated 18.10.2025 filed in Case No. 446/2022 'State vs. Vimal Kumar Pal & another' arising out of Case Crime No. 45/2021, U/s 323, 504, 498-A, 354B, 427, 419, 420, 406 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act Police Station- Industrial Area, District Prayagraj pending before Civil Judge (J.D.)/F.T.C. Court No.21, Allahabad, including impugned charge sheet dated 23.09.2021 as well as impugned summoning order dated 08.11.2022. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants and Opposite Party No. 2 have amicably settled their dispute through a compromise, which has been duly verified on 18.10.2025 by the Civil Judge (J.D.)/
