Bhadohi, in Complaint Case No. 660 of 2025, (Ram Chander Yadav Vs. Triloki Carpet and others) U/S 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, Police Station- Bhadohi, District- Bhadohi. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that there is money dispute between the parties and opposite party no.2 has filed a complaint under Section 138 of N.I. Act against the applicant.
