Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sudhir Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 , learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. The instant application has been filed for quashing the impugned summoning order dated 11.11.2025 issued by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.28, Lucknow in case no.123792/ 2025, State Vs. Monu and others, arising out of case crime no.143/2025, under Sections 115(2) 352, 351(2) B.N.S., P.S.- Bazar Khala, District-Lucknow as well as impugned charge sheet no. 01/2025, dated 16.9.2025, in terms of the compromise deed dated 13.2.2026. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the
