The present 528 B.N.S.S. application has been filed to quash the summoning order dated 24.06.2024 as well as entire proceeding in Complaint Case No. 107326 of 2023 (M/s Jain Enterprises vs. M/s Mahalaxmi Medical Store & another), under Sections 138 N.I.Act, P.S.Gwaltoli, District Kanpur Nagar, pending in the court of court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Kanpur Nagar. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for applicants that there is money dispute between the parties and opposite party no.2 has filed a complaint under Section 138 of N.I. Act against the applicant.
