The present application u/s 528 BNSS has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to quash the impugned Complaint dated 30.09.2025 pending before learned Civil Judge (SD)/FTC, Bijnor, as Complaint Case No. 15238 of 2025 (Varun Kumar Varma Vs. Ankit Kumar Varma), under Section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station- Kotwali Shahar, District- Bijnor as well as the impugned order of summoning dated 07.11.2025 passed by learned Civil Judge (SD)/ FTC, Bijnor. 3. It is alleged in the complaint that the applicant promised to sell his property to opposite party no. 2 for amount Rs. 21,85,000/- but the applicant has not executed the sale deed then the opposite party no. 2 pressurize the applicant to return the amount then the applicant returned Rs. 10 lakhs amount through cheque no. 425569 dated 19.08.2025.
