Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Instant application has been filed with prayer to quash the entire criminal proceedings arising out of Chargsheet dated 22.02.2025 filed in Crime No. 33 of 2025 under sections 504 and 506 of IPC and 3(2)(Va) SC/ST Act, Police Station Hasanganj District Unnao pending in the court of Special Judge SC/ST Act, Unnao. 3. The contention of the learned counsel for the applicants is that no offence against the applicants is disclosed and the present prosecution has been instituted with a malafide intention for the purposes of harassment. 4. Per contra, the learned AGA has contended that from the allegations made in the FIR prima facie offence is made out against the applicants. The innocence of the applicants cannot be
