No. 970/2025 arising out of Special Case No. 22 of 2023 as well as Case Crime No.01/2023, under Section 3(1) U.P. Gangster Act, Police Station Asmauli, District Sambhal at Chandausi, pending in the court of learned Additional District Judge/Special Judge, Gangster Act, Sambhal at Chandausi and entire criminal proceeding thereon. 3.
