Shri Balbeer Singh, learned counsel for the accused applicant appeared and submits that the FIR of rape on false promise of marriage has been lodged by opposite party no. 2 (informant) on 07.04.2017. The allegation in the FIR is such that the accused applicant was working in the university canteen when the victim came in contact with him and entered into sexual intercourse on false promise of marriage since the year 2012 which was continued for five years. FIR has been lodged not only against the accused applicant but also against the family members of applicant. Charge sheet is submitted. Trial is continuing and they have entered into compromise at Page-68. The compromise is to the effect that parties are living happily in their separate life having children and do not want to continue with criminal case. Hence, seeks interference of this Court to quash the charge sheet, summoning order and pr
