The present application has been filed by the applicant challenging the order dated 26.11.2025, passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge/Special Judge (POCSO Act), Siddharth Nagar, in Special Criminal Case No. 1216 of 2021 (State vs. Jafar Ali) arising out of Case Crime No. 157 of 2021, under Sections 354, 504 of I.P.C. and Section 7/8 of the POCSO Act, P.S. Trilokpur, District Siddharth Nagar, by which the application of the applicant under Section 311 of Cr.P.C. has been rejected. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that some questions could not be asked from PW-1/informant and PW-2/victim, therefore, the application under Section 311 of Cr.P.C. was moved on 31.05.2025, but the learned Trial Court vide impugned order dated 26.11.2025, has wrongly and illegally
