Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present application has been filed with a prayer to quash the charge sheet dated 23.2.2025 as well summoning order dated 3.4.2025 and cognizance order dated 3.4.2025 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sultanpur, in the Criminal Case No.1750 of 2025 arising out of Case Crime No.166 of 2024 (State Vs. Mohd. Naseem) under Section 420, 417 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Nagar, Sultanpur. 3. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press this application on merit and he confines his prayer only to the extent that applicant may be permitted to surrender and move bail application before the court concerned and suitable directions may be issued that the same may be heard and decided exp
