By means of the instant application, the applicants have prayed for quashing of the entire proceeding of S.T. No.72/2021 (State Versus Ramesh Verma & Others) pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Special Judge SC/ST Act, Ambedkar Nagar, as well as the Charge Sheet No.85/2021 dated 23.5.2011, F.I.R.No.72/2021 under Sections 147, 323, 325, 504, 148, 308, 506 IPC, Police Station Tanda, District Ambedkar Nagar, on which cognizance was taken by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ambedkar Nagar vide order dated. 3.1
