This application has been filed seeking quashing of the entire proceedings of Criminal Complaint Case no.2173 of 2019 (Pavan Kumar vs. Saumyata Yadav and others) under Sections 452, 506(1), 504 IPC, Police Station Mill Area, Raebareli, pending in the court of 9th Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Raebareli as well as summoning order dated 13.12.2019, summoning the applicants under Sections 452, 506(1), 504 IPC and all consequential arising thereon. 4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the marriage of daughter of applicant no.3, namely, Smt. Saumyata Yadav with opposite party no.2-P
