By means of the instant application, the applicant has prayed for quashing of the FIR no. 141/2020, and chargesheet dated- 20/07/2020 P.S.-Ashiyanaa, District-Lucknow in case no.1848/2021, State v. Ankit Sharma u/Ss.323,504, 506, IPC, chargesheet. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that due to some misunderstanding the instant FIR was lodged and thereafter the parties sat together and they have settled their dispute and that too has been reduced in writing as a compromise deed dated 13.02.2025.
