The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C./Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, challenging the validity of an order dated 22.11.2025 passed by the Special Judge, Prevention of Corruption Act, CBI West, Lucknow in Criminal Misc. Case No. 1139 of 2022, arising out of RC No. 0062017A0014, whereby the applicant has been summoned to face trial for offences under Sections 120-B read with 406, 409, 420, 471 of I.P.C and Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(c) & (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 along with other substantive offences thereof.
