The instant application has been filed for quashing the charge sheet dated 06.02.2021 vide Case Crime No.33/2021 Under Section 147, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Jagdishpur, District Amethi and the order of cognizance and summoning order dated 04.07.2022 passed by/pending in the court of Learned S.D-l/Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sultanpur in Crl. Case No.2943/2024 "State Vs. Tausif Khan & others". 4. Learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that the applic
