The instant application has been filed for quashing the entire proceeding of S.T. no. 972/2019 Crime No. 259/2018, U/s 376/506 I.P.C. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station - Gudamba, District : Lucknow as well as impugned summoning order dated 6.8.2018 and charge sheet dated 3.8.2018. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant is an innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case.
